Join us for the second annual Moving Towards a Cure® 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, March 10 at Woodley Avenue Park in Van Nuys.  Registration starts at 8:00am and the race begins at 9:00am.  Registration fees are $25 per person through February 25 and increases to $30 after February 25.  This is a timed event.  ALL FUNDS WILL GO TO MILES FOR HOPE FOR CONTINUED FUNDING OF CUTTING EDGE RESEARCH, BRINGING AWARENSS TO BRAIN TUMORS AND TRAVEL ASSISTANCE FOR PATIENTS WHO FINANCIALLY NEED ASSISTANCE TO GET TREATMENTS OR FURTHER DIAGNOSIS.  MILES FOR HOPE IS CURRENTLY WORKING WITH UCLA ON A LOW GRADE GLIOMA RESEARCH PROJECT AND LOOKING FORWARD TO FUNDING A PEDIATRIC TRIAL WITH UCLA LATER THIS YEAR.
